Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your partiQlar account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring you include the printed return slip or RA number inside the box for identification.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
